This app shows a Galton board game with \(n\) rows. Move the ball to the left or the right with the buttons. The data table records the row number, the column number, and the bit (1 for a move to the right and 0 for a move to the left). The last column gives the subset of \(\{1, 2, \ldots, n\}\) corresponding to the bit string. The parameter \(n\) can be varied with the scrollbar. Click and hold on a peg to see the binomial coefficient corresponding to the peg. This is the number of paths in the Galton board that terminate at that peg.
