The larger red points are communities with nursing homes; the smaller blue points are communities without nursing homes. Click on a community to see summary information about the community. Summary by Rural/Urbanized Area

The table below gives summary data by rural communities or communities that belong to urbanized areas. The footer gives the totals for all of the communities in the urbanized areas. Click on rows in the table to highlight the corresponding urbanized areas in the map above. Make sure that the urbanized areas have been selected as an overlay in the layer control. Click on a selected row again to de-select and remove the highlight.
