The US Census Bureau classifies an incorporated community by type as either a city, a town, or a place. In addition there are unincorporated communities. The larger red points are communities with dentists; the smaller blue points are communities without dentists. Click on a community to see summary information about the community. Alabama's urbanized areas can be added as an overlay. Click on an area to see summary information about the area.
